Festival Venue
Our festival venue is Bristol Beacon, nestled in Trenchard Street, Bristol, BS1 5AR. It’s worth noting that this area was once the bustling hub of Bristol’s tram system, aptly named ‘The Centre.’ The terrain here is mostly flat, except for the iconic Park Street, leading up to Clifton. While the route from Clifton to the Bristol Beacon is a delightful downhill stroll taking approximately 30 minutes, do bear in mind that your return journey will be an uphill adventure!
Booking Early
Accommodation in city centres, as you might expect, can be on the dear side. But don’t fret! The golden rule here, much like anywhere else, is to book early. Consider the power of group bookings with your fellow choir members to ease the financial burden. Car Discouraged, Public Transport Encouraged
In line with our commitment to sustainability and to ensure everyone enjoys a smooth experience, we strongly discourage the use of cars. Most hotels in Bristol lack their own parking facilities. Some have arrangements with nearby car parks, while others offer parking exclusively for blue badge holders. Street parking is often limited and metered. Instead, we encourage the use of public transport.
